The Bucks County Recorder of Deeds office invites the public to their Book Tour at the Bucks County Visitor's Center. This book tour consists of recently preserved deed books dating back to 1684. These books are an important part of the history of Bucks County. After finding these books deteriorating in a county warehouse, the then newly elected Recorder of Deeds, Robin Robinson, made it her mission to save them. The books that will be on display have gone through the preservation process and will be protected from deterioration for another 500 years. There will be 36 deed books available for the public to examine.
