Melissa has called Bucks County home for nearly 35 years, though her story began in Manhattan and stretches to Los Angeles and Europe. She now divides her time between a SoHo apartment and a country home in Bucks County, giving her a unique perspective—and making her a trusted resource for clients navigating a move from city to country, or seeking a second home that supports both lifestyles.
Her journey into real estate grew out of a personal and professional life surrounded by design and construction. As her husband built two respected companies—Sullivan Building & Design Group and Cider Press Woodworks—she was involved from the beginning, handling the photography and marketing while developing an eye for design, detail, and presentation. That creative experience now directly informs the way she guides buyers and sellers through each step of the process.
Having raised three children while renovating multiple homes, she brings a lived understanding of how spaces need to function, feel, and adapt to life as it changes. She works with clients at all stages—from those leaving city life behind to those reshaping what home means next.
