REALTORĀ®

Get to Know Me

Heather began her professional life as a corporate bond trading assistant in New York City. This experience led to a decades-long career as a communications and strategy consultant at top financial institutions. In 2005, she returned home to Hunterdon County from New England and purchased an antique home in Lambertville, NJ.

Heather is now part of Addison Wolfe Real Estate, a company where she believes she will thrive as a REALTORĀ®, surrounded by successful professionals who uphold the highest standard of exceptional client service and integrity. She enjoys helping people and has volunteered for initiatives supporting women, BIPOC, and veterans. Also an art aficionado, she curated arts & culture events for her women's networking group at MoMA, Phillips, and the New York City Opera. She continues to engage with the community through the Kalmia Club and local arts organizations in the ā€œrivertownā€ communities of Lambertville, New Hope, Stockton, and Frenchtown.

She grew up in rural Sandbrook, NJ, the heart of farm country. In this enchanting community, she discovered a deep appreciation for nature and the historic architecture of Hunterdon and Bucks Counties. All thanks to her mother’s love of hiking local preserves and country drives, admiring the spectacular homes along the Delaware River.

Heather graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communications and also studied at La CitƩ Universitaire in Paris on a summer scholarship. She lives in Rocktown, NJ, with her partner, Harrison Wright, a local master carpenter, where they enjoy visits from their four grown children.

Heather's delighted to have the honor and opportunity to help people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, buying or selling a home as a part of Addison Wolfe.
