After spending 12+ years in Boulder, CO, Kim relocated back to the East Coast to settle near family in Bucks County. As a full-time Realtor for nine years in the incredibly competitive Boulder/Front Range market, Kim helped buyers, sellers, and investors smoothly navigate their way through real estate transactions. She has a knack for maintaining a sense of calm and cool, even when the stakes are high; impartially evaluating any property and seeing it's potential; and objectively assisting clients in reaching their real estate goals. She is highly regarded for her consistent communication and specializes in working closely with investors, both in person and from afar, to identify and evaluate the pros and cons of their purchase. When working with sellers, Kim finds efficient and effective ways to add value to a property as well as uses her resources and network to locate the best buyer for a listing. With buyers, she greatly enjoys walking step-by-step through the process with first-time homebuyers and repeat buyers alike.

As a former meeting and event planner and travel coordinator, Kim has a keen eye for detail and logistics. She has worked for the NFL as well as with the government and in the corporate and nonprofit sectors, and she is the co-founder of the Mountain Swim Series, a successful series of open water swim races in Colorado that continue through present day. Kim was formerly a recreational triathlete and loves spending any time she can on trails and parks throughout Bucks County, running either alone or in a chase after her two young girls and two Jack Russell Terrors.
