A New Jersey native, Ginnie Burke Preston has a diverse professional history including eleven years in New York City in the fashion industry and owner of her own Greenwich Village boutique. Relocating to New Jersey Ginnie started her real estate career at her father's agency, Maguire-Burke, a high profile Commercial, Industrial and Residential real estate and development corporation. The company developed many of the large scale development projects in Mercer County as well as much of the Route 1 corridor. They worked with many of the major builders including Toll Brothers, Hovnanian and Pulty Homes. During her nine years at Maguire-Burke Ginnie earned several awards and also served as one of the three Residential Sales Managers.

Moving to Pennsylvania with her growing family Ginnie became very active in local organizations as diverse as Co-President of Buckingham Elementary School PTO, producer, director and designer of Buckingham On-Stage and serving on Buckingham Township's environmental Advisory Council and the Delaware Riverkeeper. Ginnie also worked with her husband assisting with his lighting design business; Uniquities Lighting.
Since her husband's recent death Ginnie has been pleased to return to the practice of Real Estate, the career that played such a large role in her life and is enjoying the opportunity to work within the vibrant, profitable economic community of the greater Bucks County area.
