Evan Walton is a lifetime resident and career real estate agent in Bucks County Pa. He believes that real estate is easy, but being a great agent is what makes the difference. Evan is licensed in both PA & NJ. 

He was raised in Bucks County and graduated from Central Bucks High School East as well as Delaware Valley College with a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture and Environmental Science. 

Currently, Evan resides in Bucks County and is married to his wife Kerry and together have 4 daughters, and have recently welcomed their first grandson. 

Evan’s hobbies include guitar playing, and anything relating to classic cars & shenanigans.
